Bring your technology
From intelligence to local partner, pilot and commercialisation — a structured path for technology and biotech entering Africa.
Tell us what you are trying to achieve. We will help you identify the right market, the right people and the next practical step.
Ghana is not only a market to enter.
It is a market to build with.
We help international companies identify local partners, test opportunities, and build practical entry strategies across Ghana and West Africa.
Where you are based
We work with companies, technology providers and investors wherever they are based — Dubai and the UAE, Japan, Europe, the United States or elsewhere. What matters is the fit between your capability and real local demand.
How we work
01
Define the market, opportunity or bottleneck.
02
Find the right local partner, operator, institution or distributor.
03
Test the opportunity in a controlled, practical way.
04
Review evidence, economics, operational fit and risks.
05
Structure the commercial or operating model.
06
Expand when the model is proven.
Market context
For most companies, doing business in Africa starts with choosing one credible entry point rather than approaching the continent as a single market. Ghana is widely used as that entry point for West Africa business: an English-speaking commercial environment, an established investment-promotion framework, and regional access through ECOWAS and the AfCFTA Secretariat in Accra.
From Accra, a company can test a product, run a pilot, build a local partnership and assess demand before committing to wider regional expansion. That is how we work: information first, then access, then execution.
Conditions differ by sector and by country. We assess each case on current evidence rather than general claims about the region.
Where to go next
A practical starting point for evaluating opportunities across West Africa, with English-language business practice and regional access.
Startups, AI and data work, universities, research groups and applied innovation building real local capability.
Government agencies, investment institutions, research bodies, chambers and development partners can be relevant to project execution.
Opportunities are screened and validated against evidence before execution. Nothing here is a guaranteed or advised investment.
Building local capacity, processing, manufacturing, productivity and export-ready value chains — not raw-material extraction alone.
Nothing on this page is investment advice, and we do not guarantee funding, approvals, institutional access or outcomes.

What we are looking for
We distinguish announced initiatives from funded and operating projects, and only present opportunities at the stage they are actually in.
Value chain
The opportunity is not only to produce more. It is to create more value locally — by improving productivity, processing, quality, competitiveness and access to markets.
Technology
We connect relevant technologies with local producers, companies, research institutions and potential pilot environments — with a focus on measurable real-world value.
For technologies that need local validation, industry partners or controlled pilot environments.
